‘Wonder of the World’: Dark comedy makes its way to campus

The next installment of North Central’s student-directed series of plays is arriving soon at Meiley-Swallow Theater. “Wonder of the World” follows Cass, a woman fleeing her marriage after a disturbing truth is revealed regarding her husband. Cass then follows her heart to Niagara Falls, where she meets an interesting cast of characters, including a boat captain, an alcoholic, a pair of private eyes and a “clown therapist.”

Additionally, the cast and crew of the production has an Instagram page you can check out until the curtain is ready to open. The dark comedy, directed by Emily Marrazzo, will be showing on Wednesday the 18th at 7:30 p.m., Thursday the 19th at 7:30 p.m., Saturday the 21st at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m and Sunday the 22nd at 2:00 p.m.

Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and students, and can be purchased online.
