NCC ‘sweet’ on upcoming musical

Pfeiffer Hall will host “Sweet Charity,” a comical, hopeful musical that debuted in 1966 and is still a thrill in 2017.

North Central students have been under the direction of Jacob Harvey, artistic director of the Chicago Greenhouse Theater Center, while in preparation for the production. The show focuses on Charity Valentine, dancer-for-hire and unlucky in love, who seeks to direct her own life and not fall into the fickle hands of fate.

Performances will take place Nov. 9-11 at 7:30 p.m. and  Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. Tickets can be purchased both through the North Central Box Office and online: $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors.
