Everyone has a story. Unique characteristics paired with valuable experience helps to create the sense of identity within us all.
Currently on Facebook and other social media, there is a movement that’s working to capture these stories of everyday people. “Humans of New York,” created by Brandon Stanton and based off his book, features high-quality portraits of individuals accompanied by quotes and short stories. Quotes and stories can range from complex to simple, humorous to serious, and so on and so forth.
The Chronicle/NCClinked is jumping on the “Humans of New York” bandwagon. Stanton has started an incredible movement, showcasing what makes this world go ’round: people. Follow us on this exploration of the “Faces of NCC” as we uncover the depth and individuality that our own humans on the North Central College campus embody.
Photos of students, faculty, staff and others associated with NCC will be featured on our Facebook page. Check them out, like them, share them – help us continue to spread this movement throughout our own campus.
