Ask your Mama, a Grammy award-winning, multi-media jazz/symphonic composition, is coming to North Central College.
The concert will be performed as a tribute to Martin Luther King Jr. This will be North Central’s 30th anniversary MLK Tribute concert. The performance consists of multi-media elements including an orchestra, opera, jazz vocals, spoken word, archival audio samples and video, all inspired by the works of Langston Hughes.
The concert will take place in Pfeiffer Hall on Sunday, January 14 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tickets for non-students are $62 and student tickets cost $49.
