On The Record provides a critical, safe, and creative platform to ensure that everyone’s voices are heard at NCC. In this episode, students with disabilities from NCC speak about their experiences, highlight some steps which have helped them overcome discrimination, and inspire the campus with their hopes for the future. The students emphasize the importance of having a community to advocate and promote their rights.
