Attendees usually will check up on one another during sets. This doesn’t account for everyone, however, so be sure the group is at least adopting the buddy system for the day. Inside the crowd, if things become too much, crowd surfing out of the crowd is an option. Hydration inside the crowd is also key. Luckily, if things get bad, Riot Fest’s amazing staff will pass out waters or drench the crowd throughout the day. The staff and security are there to keep the crowd safe, so take advantage of it.
