Audio Story: The North Central College Cheer Team has not been able to attend other sports events due to the pandemic, but it has dedicated its time to perfecting individual skills, as well as improving the team mentality.
The team members are hoping that their dedication will inspire other NCC students to try out for the team, or at least gain recognition for their progress. A little-known fact about the cheer team: everyone is able to try out regardless of their skill level. Also, the team coaches emphasize that school comes first and are understanding when situations get stressful for the team members.
