On The Record | Women of color continue the conversation

Welcome back to another episode of On The Record. Last time, we delved into the challenges faced by women of color, and today, we continue the discussion. As many know, the statement “all men are created equal” often disregards the experiences of women, especially those of color. In this episode, a group of women of color shares their personal stories of resilience. These include their successes and the obstacles they’ve encountered on campus and in their daily lives.
