NCC Pregame Playlists

Athlete: Shontana Hudson, women’s track & field. “In general I like to listen to music before meets because it helps me calm down and to not think about jumping because when I think so much I tense and jump terribly, happens too often,” said Hudson.

Athlete: Jaquan Phipps, men’s basketball. “I love them all but, ‘P’s and Q’s’ is my favorite because I can dance to it,” said Phipps.
