Fill your tin: Naperville’s third annual Chocolate Walk

0

Support local youth counseling while satisfying your sweet tooth at Naperville’s third annual Chocolate Walk on Saturday, Feb. 10, from 12 to 5 p.m.

Tickets are $30 and benefit 360 Youth Services. The program helps and prevents youth substance abuse and homelessness. 360 Youth Services also supports gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth in the community.

The walk begins at Paper Source, on Main Street, and from there participants can go to 23 different stores to get a variety of chocolate treats.

Chocolate Walk attendees will receive a commemorative chocolate tin. Some stores will provide small chocolates to fill the tin.

Sweets’ shops and restaurants participating this year include Le Chocolat du Bouchard, Naper Nuts & Sweets and The Craftsman.

Stores that do not sell food, like Anderson’s Bookshop and Two Boston’s Pet Boutique are also participating with other stores donating chocolates for them to hand out.

There will be 100 golden raffle tickets sold for $20 each the day of the event. Raffle prizes include a three-month Topgolf membership and a chef’s dinner for six with an overnight stay at Embassy Suites. Winners of raffle prizes will be announced on social media and during the Chocolate Walk.
